As always, I appreciate you checking out Just The Sandwich. Today I’m offering a bit of a mini-post for two reasons: 1) Seeing if “less is more” when it comes to content length on this page, and 2) seeing myself work is always cringe. So I made sure the (albeit unrelated) key art image at the head of this page was as cringe as possible! Look at that goofy smile! And while I personally hate the “performer who uses a microphone takes awkward photo holding said microphone,” I’m all aboard Team Uncomfortable.
Speaking of, I’ve had the pleasure over the past couple of weeks of working alongside the City of Riverside as one of their community television hosts. I go around town, I interview people from various city services, and the work ends up on YouTube and other digital streaming platforms for the people of Riverside, CA. We used to call this “cable access,” but I got a feeling that’s an old school term these days. Anyway, here are two recent spots I did about a community center camp for kids and public utility programs.
If you like it, tell the people of Riverside to bring me back, haha.
Congrats dude!
